• Organizing, developing, and evaluating Human Capital’s general concept (Human Resource Administration & General Affairs, Recruitment, Training, People & Organizational Development, Performance appraisal, and Compensation & Benefit).
• Providing Human Resources to determine Human Capital’s work target, observing and evaluating the progress of work.
• Able to design procedures and policies of work that support employees in a convenient workplace environment.
• Ensure to provide High-Quality Human Resources (HR) with the right function before the desired deadline to help the organization achieve its strategic goals.
• Designing a development strategy for employees and organizations and a sustainable performance appraisal system.
• Analyzing and providing recommendations for constructive development based on Human Resource (HR) data enrichment.

Kualifikasi
Minimum Bachelor Degree, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and Human Resource Management preferred, At least 3 years of related HR working experience at the managerial level, Strong knowledge of Human Resources in general and Indonesia’s employment legal regulations, Willing to mobile, Experienced in trends, function, and development of Human Resource Management Software, Ability to implement employee development program that has a positive impact on Organizational Business Strategy, Experienced in industrial problem-solving, legal compliance, employment legal regulation, et cetera. Communicative, dedicated, leadership, agile, good teamwork, having integrity and growth mindset.
