Since becoming a publicly listed company by listing its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on May 5th, 2017, the producer of Cleo Pure Water Bottled Water (AMDK) continues to develop and produce high-quality, innovative and easily obtainable beverage products through international standard production processes and integrated with manufacturing networks spread throughout Indonesia.

In 2017 as a year full of challenges, in which industry research results in the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector published by Nielsen Indonesia reported growth in the sales value of bottled drinking water in the January to August 2017 period grew 3.8%. Meanwhile, in terms of sales quantity, it experienced a 1.4% decrease in sales for the same period.

However up to the third quarter of 2017, the company has successfully recorded financial performance for the period of January to September 2017 with quite good results, where the Company recorded consolidated sales of Rp 440 billion. That is, an increase of 12.5% ​​of sales in the same period in 2016 which amounted to Rp 391 billion. The company also booked a consolidated net profit of IDR 38.1 billion or an increase of 40% from the consolidated net profit of the same period in 2016 of IDR 27.2 billion.

With the achievement of net profit up to the third quarter, the Company is optimistic that it will exceed the Company’s net profit target in 2017 in line with the peak season for bottled drinking water sales in October and November 2017.

To support the development of the Company’s business in the future, the Company will continue to develop distribution networks, both internal and external distribution throughout Indonesia. For internal distribution, the number of sales branches has now reached 66 branches and will be added up to 80 branches by the end of 2017. Currently the number of external distribution networks is 114 branches and will increase to 120 branches by the end of 2017. Development of distribution networks aiming that Cleo products can be reached by all consumers in Indonesia with a faster and more precise distribution process as the Company’s commitment in realizing the company’s vision and mission.

The company is optimistic that this expansion will increase sales targets.
